Skysite is a trusted specialist in facade joint sealing applications. We specialize in refurbishing High Rise Buildings, Commercial Properties, Shopping Centers and industrial factories and plants.

Workmanship application and product guarantees are provided on the completion of our projects. We are approved applicators for Sika, Chryso, ABE, Den Braven, and BASF for all their product applications for waterproofing, structural repairs and sealants.

Different joint sealants are used in different environments. Skysite only allows trained and approved applicators to perform joint sealing work. We follow very strict internal procedures and steps to ensure our clients get the best quality work.

Maximum effort is put into: surface preparation, joint design, protection of adjacent surfaces, bonding and priming, installation of backing material, installation of sealant and cleaning up.
